Madison turned eight on Sunday. I was hoping to have my desktop set up by now so I could post pictures of her when she was born, but I suppose that will have to wait until next year. Instead I will tell you one of my favorite Madison stories.On her first day of kindergarten the little boy who sat next to her asked, "Hey, did you know you have a pin head?" "No." She said. "Well you do." he said. On her second day of kindergarten the same little boy asked her again, "Hey, did you know you have a pin head?" She was exasperated and replied, "Yes! I know! You told me that yesterday! Don't you Remember?"

I love that story. I wish I knew how to do that when people annoy me. She knows how to insult without even knowing she is doing it I think...that is just it you don't know if she knows it..so you just have to give her the benefit of the doubt. There is a kid on the Summer/Fall Rec Center Magazine that looks like she is related to you or something. Looks like your kids. Maybe I will bring it tonight.
