In celebration I'm going to be doing a giveaway! Because I love cooking so much I'm going to be giving away this apron.
So if you want to enter you have to leave a comment in this post. You have until Wednesday at midnight. I'll randomly pick a winner Thursday morning.
Good luck and Happy Cooking!

I'm leaving a comment because I want to win the apron--does this comment need to say anything, specifically? . . . like why I'd be an amazing candidate for the apron?
Smash-- you don't have to say anything specific, but it never hurts to tell me how fantastic I am. Or I guess if you want to talk about yourself you can.
Cool apron. Did you make it? And yes, YOU ARE FANTASTIC.
I think I should win because I think you are fantastic.
Did you make the apron? It is awesome and would coordinate well with my kitchen :) ha ha
Congrats on the blogiversary--you should treat yourself to a manicure for all those long nights of typing!
Natalie
One, I can't believe it has only been one year (so many fantistic posts in such a short time frame). Two, I'm having trouble picturing this camping thing you mention! Three, you commented, does this mean you will be entering yourself?
Julie-- Yes I did make the apron. But if you win and don't like it, you should take it up with Amy Butler. I used her pattern.
Natalie-- I love the idea of a manicure. I might just do that.
Alice-- I was camping. But we did have cabins so is was kind of like sissy camping. But not as sissy and the girls camp mom used to go to with the ski lift that took them to the top of the mountain so they could "hike" down.
And no, my comments don't count-- I will not be entering myself.
Well, I think the very fact that I read your blog indicates that you are fantastic and that your blog doesn't suck. I don't have a lot of free time in my day--and I give you some of it all the time.
Free apron please.
I cant wait until you "randomly" pick ME!!!
Happy anniversary - and you are fantastic...and did you make that? It is way cute!
Duh - I just read that you made that - math is important, but reading...not so much :)
I like the apron... don't really cook, but I like the apron.
I'm in too. Nice model.
That apron smacks of Scandinavian style. Makes me think of something I might find at IKEA. Love it!
So...are we to assume that you will be staying up till midnight on Wednesday to pick the winner? Are you really that dedicated to your blog or are you just always up that late anyway? OR option number three...you picked midnight to make a dramatic statement.
You are so drama.
Smash-- thanks for the completely unsolicited kind words.
Holliann-- I've always found reading to be overrated. That is, unless you're reading my blog.
ng-- cooking is certainly not a requirement for winning the apron. I like to put one on around dinner time. That way if I have to answer the door, it looks like I'm working on dinner. Of course I have to take it off before Mike get home. Heaven forbid he get any ideas.
CA-- Though I am pretty good at drama. I'm not going to be staying up so I can pick the winner at midnight. I'll be picking the winner Thursday morning. But even then, probably not until after I get my kids off to school.
CURSE MY BROKEN COMPUTER! But now, will you help me make an apron that cool, because it kix my apron's ugly butt? Seriously, I'm getting huge, not like I wanna look ugly while cooking, too!
